Wellness Policy Assessment

In accordance with the Final Rule on Local School Wellness Policy, Poway Unified School District conducted the first triennial assessment of its wellness policy during the 2022-2023 school year.  The assessment evaluated the comprehensiveness of the policy, strength of policy language, and policy implementation at school sites.  Results of this baseline assessment are posted below.  Wellness policy assessments will be conducted at least once every three (3) years.
